Infamous for her bipolar personality – switching from serious and harsh to blushing and timid in the blink of an eye – Kagami can most often be seen bringing the airheads surrounding her down to earth. She is the only one of her group of friends in a different class, and she frequently visits their classroom during breaks and lunch. Nevertheless, she vehemently denies feeling lonely in her own classroom.

Kagami is a hard worker who makes good grades yet has time to read light novels and dabble in video games. She always finds time to support her less reliable sister. She also juggles her private life with her work as a miko - it's the family business.

While she is vulnerable to sneak attacks when teased, Kagami is quite capable of returning the favor, happily commenting on her friends' more bizarre tendencies. One time, she forces a book on one of those friends, making herself comfortable and watching the other party struggle with the abundance of words and lack of pictures. This is not sadism; this is payback.

Surprisingly, Kagami is not good at housework, perhaps due to having three sisters in the household. She is also very conscious of her weight, yet is somewhat ruled by her taste buds. But then again, even a perfectionist does not have to be perfect.
